celcom broadband D68/D98 with us. (note: the celcom broadband is NO contract)
2. We will pay/credit RM68 to your 4th month Bill if your line still active.
3. You just need to inform us via email once you get the 4th bill, we will pay
for you.
4. We will pay in 1 week time after receive your email.
