Warranty Terms:

Since many seller outside create many warranty terms to confiuse customer.
Here we will explain to some warranty keyword that seller trying to confuse customer.

Manufacturer Warranty:
Manufacturer means factory/supplier, if your device get faulty, your seller will need to ship to china (supplier origin location) to get warranty. Most of the time, the seller will require buyer to bear the shipping cost (both way) all the way to the china for warranty if you want to claim the warranty.  Most of the time cost you RM50 to RM100.

OS Warranty:
OS means operationg system, the android OS, or windows OS. This means seller only cover for you the OS if you software corrupted / can't go into system. This normall can be solve by reflashing / reformat the your machine. So, indireclty, it means no warranty because it does not cover hardware. Anything happen, seller can easily tell you it is the hardware faulty, you need to pay RMXX to fix the hardware.

Local shop warranty.
Local shop, means you get warranty in the shop. Buyer just responsible bring  / ship the device to the local shop (in malaysia). Seller should do the warranty to you without any additional cost except shippign fee back to you if you pos to them. Buyer no need to pay high shipping cost to china even seller have to ship to china warranty sometime (that is seller matter). But normally if seller give local warranty, means they have technician to repair locally.  So, most secure for buyer.
