How does it work?

The unique shape of the Kosmodisk hypoallergenic nylon vertebrae node was designed to work along with your own. How to use it?

This classic spine massager can be worn either over or under light weight clothing. However, you will experience the best effects when wearing Kosmodisk directly against the skin. The ribbed part of the Kosmodisk should always be turned towards the body.

You can wash it with warm water, a brush and a biodegradable soap which does not irritate the skin. Do not attempt to wash it in your washing machine.

NOTE:
The Spine Massager may need to be reinforced with clothing or such to stay in place.
It is recommended using the Classic Spine Massager for 10-20 days – during which time the Classic Spine Massager should be worn for at least three hours per day.
